“It’s a world of laughter, a world of tears.” Many of us have come to know these famous words from one of Walt Disney’s original attractions, “it’s a small world.” As you sail along the attraction, a variety of people and places can be seen. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to see the attraction turned into a film?

Over on Variety, they have shared that Disney is thinking of creating a movie based on the attraction. The article goes on to say that the project has been in development for the past two years.

Jon Turteltaub is said to direct the film. Producers include Turteltaub and Dan Lin, with Jonathan Eirich as executive producer.

No detail have been provided on the story line of the film. What do you think of the project?
