On this day in 2023, ‘Once Upon a Studio’ was released (with the re-release of Moana) to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Walt Disney Company. The short includes 543 characters from over 85 Disney films and cartoons, including all 62 animated feature films available at the time of release. Mickey Mouse gathers the characters through various means to take one big group photo. ‘Once Upon a Studio’ combines both traditional and CGI animation with live-action footage.
