The Los Angeles Fires earlier this year had a devastating impact on many residents in Southern California. Tens of thousands of homes and businesses were destroyed during the firestorm. First responders quickly stepped up to help. Today the Disneyland Resort announced a special Heroes Ticket. This ticket allows eligible California firefighters and LA-based law enforcement personnel to enjoy two complimentary One Day Park Hopper tickets, one for the first responder and one for a guest.
“We are inspired by the endless dedication and contributions of the heroes who battled the fires that took place in the LA area, and our gratitude for their service is immeasurable,” said
Disneyland Resort President Ken Potrock. “We hope these heroes can enjoy a memorable day
with a loved one at our parks, because they certainly deserve it.”
The Heroes Ticket will be valid from May 5 through August 7, 2025, Mondays through Thursdays. A theme park reservation will also be required for a visit. The Heroes Ticket will be available for eligible California firefighters as well as eligible Los Angeles-based law enforcement personnel and emergency medical technicians who helped compact the LA fires in January 2025. It will also be available to individuals from other departments that provided mutual aid assistance during the fires.
Specific information, including eligibility and verification requirements along with how to register for tickets, will be communicated directly to qualifying fire, police, and sheriff’s departments in April.
The Heroes Ticket is one of many ways that Disney has been supporting the fire relief and rebuilding efforts. Initially, the company committed to donating $15 million to these efforts. The company has also hosted donation drives, Mufasa: The Lion King screenings, the assembling of comfort kits by Disney VoluntEARS, and making LA Strong shirts to raise support.
