Pixie Hollow Pond

Pixie Hollow Pond Reopens at Disneyland

The walls around the pond near Pixie Hollow have been removed. With their removal, the Pixie Hollow pond now looks more beautiful than ever. The bond is the home to the queue for Pixie Hollow. It also has a walkway from Tomorrowland to the parade corridor near Sleeping Beauty Castle.

The area has had quite a lot of work done in previous years. This has included the removal of rocks at the entrance of Tomorrowland, the leveling of a hill between the pond and the Hub, and the changing of plants and trees in the area. The result has been a beautiful little corner in Disneyland with some lovely views of the castle from one direction and the entrance of Tomorrowland from the other.

The Daps Magic team was in the park on Sunday and took the following photos and a video of this area. They show that the pond no longer is set up for the nighttime water show. The floor and shore of the pond now look even better as well. There are also some fun nods to the Pixies throughout the area too.

At this time, Pixie Hollow itself still remains closed. It is unknown when that will be reopening. It would make sense that this is the area that is focused on next. What do you think about the Pixie Hollow pond? What do you like best about it? Share your thoughts and opinions in the comments below!
