When guests cruise aboard the newly christened Disney Treasure, they are in for a lot of fun as they experience all of its magical offerings. Daps Magic has been sharing about some of these various offerings that will be found on the Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship in the fleet. This includes what they will experience when they enter the Grand Hall, a look at the Skipper Society, a tour of the Haunted Mansion Parlor, and what it is like to dine at Plaza de Coco! Another magical offering aboard the Disney Treasure is the Disney The Tale of Moana stage show!
The Disney The Tale of Moana will take guests right into the heart of Moana’s story in a way that has never been done before. For one, it will be on stage in a Broadway-like production for the first time. It will also include the biggest puppet that has ever been made for the Disney Cruise Line. This will be in the form of the massive, fiery Te Kā towering over the audience before eventually transforming into the gentle island goddess, Te Fiti.
The show itself will include many elements of the movie that fans will love. Thi includes memorable songs from the film, including How Far I’ll Go. Right from the start, guests will find that they are going on a journey across land and see. The set design and musical elements are inspired by the cultures of the Pacific Islands and are woven throughout and inspiring Moana’s classic tale. The show begins with An Innocent Warrior that includes vibrant dance and songs in a mix of languages that include Tuvaluan, Tokelauan and Samoan. It will also include the first stage performance of the song Warrior Face, inspired by Traditional Haka.
