Since the arrival of Star Tours: The Adventures Continue around the globe, Star Tours has been updated multiple times. This has led to new characters, destinations, and ships that connect with the Star Wars stories that are being told on screens big and small. Tokyo Disney Resort has announced that next spring some new adventures will be added to its Star Tours. Here is the official announcement that was posted on Tokyo Disney Resort’s website:
A special version of Star Tours: The Adventures Continue at Tokyo Disneyland will be presented for a limited period from Apr. 8 through Jun. 30, 2025, featuring new characters and a new planet.
The new adventures will be arriving at Tokyo Disneyland on April 8, 2025. They will continue to be offered as a part of the attraction through June 30, 2025. After this, these new scenes will be incorporated into the random scenes and experiences that guests have when they board the attraction.
The arrival of these new adventures comes just before Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025 takes place. This celebration of all that is Star Wars will be happening April 18-20, 2025 at Makuhari Messe. This is the first time that Star Wars Celebration has been in Japan since 2008.
