On March 29, 2026, the World of Frozen, the guards will open up the gates to the world! This is a new area that is a part of the Disney Adventure World, which will open on the same day. When guests visit Arendelle at Disneyland Paris, they will get to see the locations from Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Frozen come to life right in front of them. On top of that, they will also get to visit these locations. From visiting the Arendelle Village to seeing Elsa’s Ice Palace on the North Mountain, walking into the World of Frozen will be like stepping into the Frozen film! Below is a look at the iconic locations and immersive experiences that can be had at World of Frozen by guests who visit.

Step Inside Arendelle Castle
For the first time in forever, you can step inside Arendelle Castle at Disney Adventure World and feel as though you’ve wandered straight into the animated films. The familiar stone façade rises gracefully beyond the water and the castle’s iconic bridge welcomes everyone into the kingdom. Subtle glimmers of Elsa’s Ice Magic decorate the exterior with icy, delicate wintery touches.

Inside, the story continues. As you make your way to greet Anna and Elsa at A Royal Encounter, take a moment to chat with the portraits lining the hallway. You might recognize a familiar face — hang in there, Joan!

Where Anna Met Hans
Down by the water, you’ll find the exact spot where Anna and Hans experienced their whirlwind meet-cute in the first Frozen film. The boat Anna falls into, and from which she is “rescued” by the Prince of the Southern Isles, is docked right in Arendelle Bay. It’s a perfect screen to reality recreation of one of the movie’s most memorable moments.

Love Is an Open Door
We’ve been waiting our whole lives to finally stand before the clock tower and lighthouse where Anna and Hans dance through Love Is an Open Door. These landmarks rise proudly in Arendelle Village, instantly transporting you back to that starry-eyed scene from the film.

And at the top of every hour, be sure to listen closely — the familiar notes of Do You Want to Build a Snowman? echo through the kingdom from the clock tower.

Elsa’s Ice Palace
One of the most breathtaking sights in the land is Elsa’s Ice Palace, towering above Arendelle. Covered in thousands of crystal-like details that catch the light, the palace shimmers over the entire kingdom. It’s a stunning piece of craftsmanship that instantly transports you into the story and reminds you why this world has captured so many hearts.

Meeting Olaf
Discover the place where Olaf first met Anna, Kristoff and that “funky looking donkey” named Sven during their journey to the North Mountain. You can see this location brought to life on Frozen Ever After, where Olaf and Sven return among the shimmering trees of the ice forest — another screen to reality transformation.

Let It Go on Frozen Ever After
On Frozen Ever After, your journey leads to one of the movie’s most iconic scenes: the moment Elsa unleashes her Ice Magic during Let It Go. As your boat glides into the Ice Palace, shimmering ice forms around you, snow swirls in the air and Elsa’s anthem fills the space.

Marshmallow and the Snowgies
At the frosty finale of Frozen Ever After, you’ll encounter Marshmallow standing guard in all his towering, snow packed glory. Surrounding him are mischievous Snowgies, first introduced in the Disney Animation short Frozen Fever, giggling and bouncing their way through the snow.

Friendship Fountain
At the heart of Arendelle Village sits Friendship Fountain, one of the many touches of Elsa’s Ice Magic found throughout the land. Its delicate frozen fractals represent the act of true love that saved Anna in the first film — a reminder of the unbreakable bond between the sisters.

A Purr-fect Detail
We’re not kitten when we say World of Frozen is filled with delightful details. One of the sweetest Easter eggs is shared between Disneyland Paris and Hong Kong Disneyland. Inside Nordic Crowns Tavern, look above the doorway and spot one of the adorable cats from the Disney Animation short Olaf’s Frozen Adventure. The second cat appears at the Golden Crocus Inn at Hong Kong Disneyland — a purr-fect connection.
Throughout World of Frozen at Disney Adventure World, there are plenty of details to be found and enjoyed that connect with Frozen. This brings this story to life like never before! World of Frozen will open with Disney Adventure World on March 29, 2026.
