Aladdin – A Musical Stage Spectacular – 25 Years of Disney California

Disney California Adventure will be celebrating its 25th anniversary on February 8, 2026. For the celebration of this milestone, Disney has announced a few things. This includes some special offerings that include new costumes for Mickey and Minnie Mouse on Buena Vista Street, the return of Soarin’ Over California Adventure, new merchandise, food, and a novelty bucket that is sure to be incredibly popular.

One of my favorite things that has been offered at Disney California Adventure was Aladdin – A Musical Stage Spectacular. This brought Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Aladdin to the Hyperion Theater stage. This show ran from 2003 to 2016 in Disney California Adventure. This show was loved by guests who would come over and over again to watch the show. One of the highlights was the Genie, who brought jokes that were culturally relevant into the show. This was a show that was full of heart, humor, and Disney magic. It also felt immersive when performers made their way through the theater.
