Tokyo Disney Resort is expanding its Single Rider offerings. Over the weekend, Single Rider was added to several attractions at Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. This expands the offering that allows a “Single Rider” to bypass the traditional queue to experience an attraction. As the name implies, the person gets to ride solo with other groups who had waited in the standby queue, or, in the case of Tokyo Disney Resort, the Disney Premiere Access (basically a Lightning Lane). This can be a great way to not spend as much time in lines and more time enjoying more Disney offerings and attractions. The following attractions now have Single Rider offerings for guests visiting Tokyo Disney Resort.
Tokyo Disneyland
Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast
The Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast is an incredibly popular attraction at Tokyo Disneyland. Premiere Access generally sells out within minutes of the park opening. The standby queue can be multiple hours long. Although it does have a very magical queue (as seen in the video above), it can take up a good chunk of the day. The addition of the Single Rider offering is a great way to save some time for those who are ok riding solo!
Tokyo DisneySea
Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey
Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey is an immersive boat attraction that takes guests into the original Frozen story. It has favorite characters from the franchise, favorite songs, and favorite scenes. This is also a favorite attraction in the fairly recently opened Fantasy Springs at Tokyo DisneySea. Both the attraction and the area around it are absolutely beautiful! When the Daps Magic team visited, the standby queue for this was several hours long throughout the entire trip. Once again, Premiere Access is available but can sell out quickly. For the Daps Magic team, the Tokyo Disney Resort Vacation Package was used, which included Premiere Access for select attractions as well. Single Ride is now available for those who want to go on a cruise through Arendelle with a bunch of soon-to-be new friends.
Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure
In Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure, guests board a small pirate ship for a trip to Never Land to rescue John from Captain Hook and his crew of pirates. This is a 3D attraction that is also very popular. Just like the other attractions listed, this can get quite a wait for those in standby. The addition of Single Rider is a good option for those who want to get as much out of a day at Tokyo DisneySea as possible.
Other Tokyo Disney Resort Single Rider Offerings
Other attractions also have Single Rider offerings at Tokyo Disney Resort. This can change from day to day, so be sure to check the Tokyo Disney Resort app to confirm Single Rider availability when visiting.
