The Napa Rose is the premier restaurant at the Disneyland Resort. Found at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, it is led by Chef Andrew Sutton and Executive Chef Clint Chin. When it reopens, the reimagined dining experience will celebrate and build upon its 25-year legacy of California wine country cuisine with global influences. Today, the Disneyland Resort revealed that the restaurant will be reopening on February 6, 2026. With the reopening announcement, it was also revealed that dining reservations will be available to book at Disneyland.com and NapaRose.com beginning on January 27, 2026, no earlier than 9:00 a.m. PST.
When guests visit the restaurant, they will be able to find unique experiences that are perfect for any occasion. This ranges from small bites from an à la carte menu at the bar and lounge, a seasonal prix fixe menu in the main dining room and expanded terrace, the custom Chef’s Counter, or the renovated private dining offerings.

The Bar and Lounge
The bar and lounge at Napa Rose will feature a more leisurely experience with crafted cocktails and luxurious small bites that are served à la carte. The newly renovated area will offer cozy, intimate seating areas, a beautiful new bar, and a new fireplace that will bring warmth to a relaxing evening. The bar and lounge will also offer alfresco dining on a newly renovated outdoor patio.
For the bar and lounge, reservations are not required. Walk-ins will be welcomed and subject to availability.

Main Dining Room and Outdoor Terrace
Where reservations are not required for the bar and lounge, they are highly recommended for the main dining room and outdoor terrace. The main dining room will debut a seasonal prix fixe menu. There will also be the option to add custom wine pairings to the multi-course meal. There will also be a new enhanced children’s menu that will be available for kids 9 and younger, so the whole family can enjoy dining together.
There will be the opportunity to dine either indoors or outdoors on the expanded terrace. Indoors has an intimate setting that is surrounded by a beautiful 1,500-label wine collection. Outdoor evokes the ambiance of al fresco dining that the California wine country is known for.
The advance reservations can be booked up to 60 days in advance at Disneyland.com and NapaRose.com. Same-day reservations may be able to be made on a limited basis, which are subject to availability.
Chef’s Counter and Private Dining Room
The Chef’s Counter can offer the opportunity for up to 18 guests to sit and dine while enjoying an incredible view of the exhibition kitchen. This is where Napa Rose chefs personalize each course of each guest’s meal. This is based on seasonality and creativity. Reservations are highly recommended for this unique and interactive dining experience. For the first time, these will be able to be made at NapaRose.com.
For those who want a more private and intimate experience that is also curated, the newly renovated private dining room is an incredible offering. This is available for up to 16 guests and can be reserved by contacting the restaurant directly.

The Menu
The menu for Napa Rose is described as bringing refined classics that meet culinary innovation. Led by Chef Andrew Sutton, the culinary director of signature dining, who has been at the helm of Napa Rose since its opening in 2001, the new menu was developed alongside Napa Rose Executive Chef Clint Chin. The Disney Parks Blog shared that this new menu “offers exciting culinary offerings that highlight seasonal produce, pay homage to California wine country cuisine, and infuse international ingredients, textures, and flavors.”
The desserts at Napa Rose were created by Executive Pastry Chef Jorge Sotelo and Pastry Chef Nubia Renteria. Each of these chefs brings more than 25 years of experience creating confectionery masterpieces at Disneyland Resort. The leadership team at Napa Rose also includes Jess Soman, Napa Rose general manager, and Patrick Kirchen, Napa Rose wine director.

Over in the bar and lounge, you can partake in delicate bites, such as Beef Tartare topped with Osetra caviar, Bone Marrow Custard, or Laughing Tiger, which is a reimagining of the fan-favorite Smiling Tiger Salad.

If you are opting to dine in the main dining room, you’ll find dishes such as American Wagyu N.Y. served medium rare with a grape fennel mustardo, an elegant dish of Oak Roasted Forest Mushrooms, or a Sorpresine Pasta served with Dungeness crab and Santa Barbara uni butter.
For your sweet tooth, consider the beautifully dreamy Nantes Carrot Cake Cremeux or the Elevated and Reminiscent Valrhona Chocolate Bar.

For centuries, the Rose was planted at the beginning of a trellised row of grapevines. The Rose added beauty to the vineyard and attracts bees for pollination and a bountiful harvest. Additionally, the Rose warned the vintner of unfavorable conditions. We honor the Rose for its beauty and many contributions as we bring to you the Bounty of California and the Cuisine of Wine Country.
