The Walt Disney Company Earns 27 Golden Globe Award Nominations

The Golden Globe Award nominations were announced today. With the announcement, it was revealed that Disney earned 27 nominations. This was across Disney’s wide range of brands and studios that include ABC, Disney’s FX, Disney+, Disney Television Studios’ 20th Television, ESPN, FX Productions, and Hulu and Hulu Originals; and The Walt Disney Studios’ 20th Century Studios, Disney Live Action, Lucasfilm Ltd., Pixar Animation Studios, Searchlight Pictures, and Walt Disney Animation Studios.

15 of the nominations were given to programs from Disney’s streaming platforms. 20th Century Studios earned 15 nominations as well. The Walt Disney Studios earned eight nominations. Below is a look at the full nomination lineup for Disney titles (some overlap, the math DOES add up). The winners will be announced on Sunday, January 11, 2026.
