Screenings of ‘The Emperor’s New Groove’ Coming to The Walt Disney Family Museum

The Walt Disney Family Museum is showing the fan-favorite animated movie The Emperor’s New Groove on select weekends throughout October and November. The movie is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary.

The Emperor’s New Groove tells the story of Emperor Kuzco, who lives his grandiose life always following the same “groove” and never questioning what he might be missing (besides a Kuzcotopia water park) until a humble visitor to his palace and a misread potion bottle label changed his life forever. Oh yeah, it’s all coming together.

The movie will be screening on Saturday, October 11; Sunday, October 12; Sunday, October 26; Sunday, November 2, and Sunday, November 9. All shows are at 2:00 PM in the Museum Theater.

Tickets are now available here. Tickets are free for Museum Members; $10 for adults; $8 for youth, seniors, and students; and free for children ages 5 and under.

Film screenings are subject to change. If you’re unable to attend a film screening within the first 20 minutes of the film’s duration, please contact The Walt Disney Family Museum’s ticketing team at tickets@wdfmuseum.org for a refund.

Please note: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult who shall be responsible for the child at all times. Tickets reserved for children under the age of 5 without an accompanying adult ticket in the same order will be automatically returned. Lapsitting infants under the age of 1 do not require an additional ticket.
