A new poster and the release date for The Simpsons Movie sequel have been unveiled by Disney. In a post on social media, it was announced that the film will be arriving in theaters on July 23, 2027. There aren’t any details known about the plot of this film yet. However, a poster was also shared by 20th Century Studios and Disney. It says, “Homer’s coming back for seconds.” There is also the iconic pink donut included. The poster can be seen here:
The Simpsons Movie was released in 2007. In it, Homer has a new pet pig, and there is a leaky silo that is full of excrement that triggers a disaster that doesn’t just threaten Springfield, but the entire world. After an angry mob descends on the Simpsons’ home, Homer goes on a quest for redemption to save the world and also earn Marge’s forgiveness.
