Disney Halloween Returns to Tokyo Disney Resort September 17

Disney Halloween is just about ready to make its return to Tokyo Disney Resort from September 17 through October 31. Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo DisneySea, Disney Resort Line, the Disney Hotels, and Ikspiari will offer exciting programs themed to Halloween. Tokyo DisneySea will also be the home of “Lazos de la Familia,” which is themed to the Disney Pixar film Coco. This event will run from September 17 through November 2.

At Tokyo Disneyland, The Villains’ Halloween Into The Frenzy Parade will feature your favorite Disney Villains as they host an ultra-cool and extravagant Halloween party. You’re invited to join Mickey Mouse and his friends in the thrilling celebrations, but you’ll have to see what the true purpose that is lurking behind this alluring and mysterious party. The Park will even feature decorations inspired by the Villains Halloween Party.

Over at Tokyo DisneySea in the Mediterranean Harbor, you will want to check out the Disney Halloween Greeting. You are invited to join the fun with a trick-or-treat-themed dance, as Mickey Mouse and his friends appear on a boat carrying lots of sweets and a large pumpkin for a fun and lively Halloween.

Various locations around Tokyo DisneySea will also feature decorations themed to each area. While at Mediterranean Harbor, guests will be able to receive candy by saying “trick-or-treat” to Cast Members with a special bucket.

Both Parks will offer special merchandise and menu items themed to the event. Spectacular fireworks will light up the night sky in “Night High Halloween.” In addition, guests of all ages are invited to dress up as their favorite Disney characters on any day from September 16 through 30, and again from October 16 through 31.

At Lost River Delta in Tokyo DisneySea, “Lazos de la Familia” will be presented for the first time ever. Guests will find colorful decorations and traditional Mexican elements, themed to Dia de los Muertos, a central theme in Pixar’s Coco. Around the bridge, known as Puente Buena Vista, guests can admire colorful skeletons and marigolds, enjoy lively atmosphere, entertainment performances of mariachi music, special menu items, and more.
