Lilo & Stitch continues to fly higher and higher at the box office. Over the weekend, the newest Disney live-action remake surpassed $850 million at the global box office. This came as How to Train Your Dragon entered the fray and took the top spot at the box office. Lilo & Stitch brought in $31.1 million over its fourth weekend in theaters.
With the path that Lilo & Stitch is currently on, it is expected that it will become the first film of the year to reach the $1 billion mark.
