Ever since the cliff-hanging ending of season 2 of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, fans have been eagerly anticipating the arrival of season 3 to see how it is resolved and where Captain Pike and the crew of the Enterprise warp off to next. This week, it was announced that the first two episodes of Strange New Worlds season 3 will be arriving on Paramount+ on Thursday, July 17, 2025.
Following the premiere episodes, the series will release a new episode each week on Thursdays. The finale for season 3 will be on September 11th. This won’t be the end of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, though. Season 4 has already been approved and announced.

The series is produced by CBS Studios, Secret Hideout, and Roddenberry Entertainment. Alex Kurtzman, Akiva Goldsman, Henry Alonso Myers, Aaron Baiers, Dana Horgan, Davy Perez, Frank Siracusa, John Weber, Chris Fisher, Rod Roddenberry, and Trevor Roth serve as executive producers. Akiva Goldsman (Weed Road Pictures) and Henry Alonso Myers (HMRX) serve as co-showrunners.
