There is a lot of Disney Destiny news coming out today from the Disney Cruise Line. This morning, there were updates about the villainous experiences, some food and beverage offerings, the Disney Hercules stage show, and more! The Disney Cruise Line also revealed some exclusive merchandise that guests will be able to purchase when they cruise aboard the Disney Destiny.
Disney Destiny Inaugural Collection
The Disney Destiny Inaugural Collection will offer keepsakes for guests sailing during the ship’s inaugural season. This collection features deep blue, rich purple, and gleaming gold hues that are found in the Grand Hall. There will be an expansive assortment that includes eye-catching wearables, beautiful homewares, and elegant pieces from favorite brands, including Loungefly and Pandora.
Disney Destiny Logo Collection
The Disney Destiny Logo Collection will include trendy adult apparel and accessories that include both the Disney Cruise Line logo and a custom line drawing of the bow of the Disney Destiny. This collection will include bold, stylish designs that are both modern and simplistic. They will have tone-on-tone patterns and a striking palette of onyx and gold. These promise to stand out and command attention.
Super Character Collection
The Super Character Collection is inspired by the Disney Destiny’s “heroes and villains” theme, along with the emblem of Hero Minnie that is found on the bow filigree. This collection will include one-of-a-kind souvenirs for the whole family. There will also be fun and playful artwork that imagines Minnie Mouse, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, and Pluto as a daring crew of “hydro heroes.” They will each have their own unique superpowers. Disney Destiny Ship Collection
The Disney Destiny Ship Collection will honor the ship’s unique personality and distinctive character features and offer a line of Disney vacation souvenirs. The collection includes a spirit jersey, ear headband, ornament, beach towel, pin, and more! This will be inspired by the statue of Spider-Man that will be found on the stern of the ship. This line will be especially popular with those who are looking to gather a collection of ship-specific keepsakes from across the Disney Cruise Line fleet.
Disney Destiny DisneyBand+
There will also be a brand-new Disney Destiny DisneyBand+ design that will be unique to this ship. Starting in late May, guests who have booked a Disney Destiny cruise will be able to pre-order the DisneyBand+. It features Captain Minnie Mouse and the ship in a classical nautical color scheme. The DisneyBand+ is a waterproof wristband that adds more convenience, fun, and magic to a Disney Cruise Line voyage. They can be used when boarding, entering a stateroom, making purchases, linking photos to one’s account, and more!
Pre-Order Disney Destiny Merchandise
For those guests sailing aboard Disney Destiny’s maiden voyage on November 20, there will be an exclusive opportunity to pre-order a selection of the new Disney Destiny merchandise and collector’s items. This pre-order window will happen later this summer. Specifics about this pre-sale event will be shared on the maiden voyage guests’ MyReservation page in the coming months.
