On this day in 1938, ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’ was broadcast as a live radio show by the Lux Radio Theater. Some of the original actors returned to voice their characters, including Doc, Sneezy, the Magic Mirror, and the Huntsman. Walt Disney was interviewed twice by Cecil B. DeMille during the hour-long program. ‘Snow White’ would be the first of five Disney radio dramas produced by the Lux Radio Theater between 1938 and 1953.
