The LEGO Store has closed for a refurbishment at the Disneyland Resort in Downtown Disney District. This closure and refurbishment comes as all of Downtown Disney District is getting updated and refreshed. At this point, it isn’t known how extensive the refurbishment will be. It does look like there is the potential for it to be substantial as it appears to be closed for quite some time.
On Monday morning, the LEGO Store was closed up with some new signage saying that work is being done on the store. Daps Magic team member Steven stopped by to check out the updates on the store. At this point, the outside looks the same. The doors and windows at ground level are all covered with fun graphics. They can be seen here:
