The festival will include Disney characters dressed in Halloween costumes, entertainment, food, and a whole lot more! Below is a look at the offerings at Disneyland Paris for the Disney Halloween Festival. Check out all of the fun Halloween offerings and then share what you are most excited about this year!

AT THE HEART OF DISNEY HALLOWEEN FESTIVAL

Guests will be immersed into a frightfully fun experience filled of mischievous encounters, devilish shows and thrilling attractions, in a bewitching programme that will lead to unforgettable memories. The experience will be further enhanced by spellbinding decorations, dreadfully delicious food, and souvenirs so nice that children and grown-ups alike will shiver with delight. All of this will be available in the Parks, Disney Hotels, and Disney Village at Disneyland Paris.

IN AN EERIE SETTING, DISNEY CHARACTERS WILL DON THEIR MOST BEWITCHING ATTIRE

Disneyland Paris will be transformed thanks to spellbinding Halloween decorations:  330 grinning pumpkins adorned with nearly 175metres of garlanded lights, 13,262 flowers and foliage items and over 50lanterns, creating a scene bathed in blazing autumnal colours. Don’t forget the adorable little ghosts who will greet guests as they enter Disneyland Park. In this horribly hilarious atmosphere, pranksters of all ages can come face-to-face with the scary crew of Disney Villains – Cruella, Maleficent, Jafar, Gaston, Captain Hook, the Queen of Hearts, and, for the first time, Mother Gothel from the Walt Disney Animation Studios movie Tangled. And don’t miss this rare opportunity to uncover the secret of eternal youth with Mother Gothel and perhaps immortalise the occasion – a moment not to be missed. Among other new additions, guests will be able to meet with Miguel from the Pixar Animation Studios movie Coco in Frontierland, as he returns from his experience in the Land of the Dead – an astonishing and vividly colorful realm – and admire Stitch in his new vampire outfit, as he’s now ready to tour Discoveryland.

Throughout Disney Halloween Festival, Mickey’s Halloween Celebration cavalcade will showcase the Mischief Makers – Goofy, Chip ‘n’ Dale and their friends – who will parade twice daily on several floats, accompanied by 80 artists and characters to the sound of exhilarating music. Although Daisy will kick-off the harvest season, other unique characters such as Clarabelle and Horace will appear in a world full of pumpkins, mushrooms, colorful foliage, lanterns and hay bales. The centrepiece of the cavalcade will be Mickey’s Illusion Manor float that treads the ambiguous line between illusion and reality, with Mickey’s sudden and magical changes of attires and the presence of the mysterious Melanie Ravenswood and the Ravenswood Manor Phantom – straight from Phantom Manor attraction.

More about Mickey’s Halloween Celebration

  • Mickey’s Illusion Manor is the most recent float to join the Halloween Cavalcade. It’s a tribute to Phantom Manor, the flagship attraction in Frontierland.
  • The float took 6 months to create (from initial designs to construction)
  • The float is 6.40 meters high, 9 meters long, and 4 meters wide
  • The cavalcade artists underwent 2 months of rehearsals
  • 15 makeup designs were created by the cosmetology design teams
  • 200 costumes, 618pieces of embroidery (dresses, sleeves, headdresses, decorations, etc.) and roughly 400pairs of shoes were developed for the season

AN EVENING DISRUPTED BY TROUBLEMAKERS

Ahead of the Disney Illuminations show, Disney Villains and Mysterious Hosts will cast a spell on the nighttime spectacular Disney Electrical Sky Parade – which has won the Parksmania Award for European Top New Attraction 2024 – injecting a dose of mischief into its finale. This new nighttime sequence, based around Sleeping Beauty Castle, will blend fountains, lights, projections and drone choreography – transporting guests into a bewitching world. Fiendish flames, bramble bushes, ghosts and bats will weave a spectacular tableau in tribute to the Disney Villains and Phantom Manor. The unforgettable electro-synthetic-magnetic music will be accompanied by melodies from this attraction, which will be the heartbeat behind the tricks and antics of this nighttime magic-fest.

SPINE-TINGLING ATTRACTIONS FOR KIDS AND GROWN-UPS

For guests seeking intense thrills, Disneyland Paris is the place to be – with its 53 attractions for youngsters and adults! The boldest guests will venture inside the famous Phantom Manor for an intriguing adventure, enveloped throughout in a mysterious atmosphere. Glow-in-the-dark ghosts will feast and waltz in the large dining room, impervious to curious bystanders. The most intrepid of guests will test their mettle in The Twilight Zone Tower of TerrorTM in Walt Disney Studios Park, walking straight into tormented stories of spirits, and plummeting from 13-story buildings – as they’re propelled into the fourth dimension!

IRRESISTIBLE TREATS AND GIFTS, SAVOR EVERY THRILLING MOMENT FROM HALLOWEEN!

The spirit of Halloween will also haunt the destination’s menus and stores. Hungry souls can enjoy delectably fang-tastic new dishes inspired by the Mischief Makers, Disney Villains and Mysterious Hosts, such as: Pumpkin Shortbread with raspberry filling, the Captain’s Burger [2] with a cuttlefish ink bread and savory shortbread hook, a vanilla entrement with a praline heart, featuring the likeness of Jack Skellington, and a vanilla ice cream with pumpkin coulis and salted caramel, and the spiced pumpkin-flavored Cold Coffee Boo!.

Additionally, the season’s official collaborator M&M’s will greet guests to Frontierland with a dreadfully mouth-watering experience. And to celebrate Halloween, M&M candies will of course be handed out to overjoyed guests.

To prolong the enjoyment, there will be a special collection of irresistible Halloween souvenirs, perfect for successfully collecting candy. These include a mug with a picture of Mickey Mouse in his Halloween outfit, a headband illustrated by grinning pumpkins, a pumpkin-shaped Mickey candy bucket, and more.

A WHOLE DAY TO CELEBRATE HALLOWEEN IN STYLE

On 31st October 2024, Disneyland Park will prolong the ghoulish glee of guests specially disguised for the occasion, with opening hours extended until 11pm. Witches, pirates, you name it… Guests of all ages can display unlimited creativity to compete with the outfits of the most iconic Disney Villains – and blend into the scenery! They will shudder with delight as they mingle with characters present just for the occasion, on a truly unique day filled with guaranteed fun and thrills.

A BATTLE OF MYSTIC POWERS WILL BE WAGED IN MARVEL AVENGERS CAMPUS

Marvel Avengers Campus, well known for training recruits (campus guests) to interactive encounters with an array of Super Heroes, will welcome the Scarlet Witch for the first time in a fresh burst of spectacular action from 23rd November 2024, until 29th March 2025. Every night, this iconic character will join Doctor Strange in an epic adventure packed with bravery and magic, in the show Doctor Strange: Mystery of the Mystics.
