Deadpool & Wolverine is heading to Disney+. After becoming the highest-grossing R-rated movie of all time, it will arrive on Disney’s streaming service on November 12, 2024. Ahead of its arrival on Disney+, a new spot has been released.
About Deadpool & Wolverine
Marvel Studios presents their most significant mistake to date – Deadpool & Wolverine. A listless Wade Wilson toils away in civilian life. His days as the morally flexible mercenary, Deadpool, behind him. When his home world faces an existential threat, Wade must reluctantly suit up again with an even more reluctantlier… reluctanter? Reluctantest? He must convince a reluctant Wolverine to… oh hell, just watch the movie. Synopses are stupid.
That isn’t the only thing happening with the release of Deadpool & Wolverine on Disney+, though. A filmmaker commentary featuring Shawn Levy, director/producer/writer, and Ryan Reynolds, star/producer/writer, is also being released with the movie.
To promote the movie, bathrooms at multiple sports arenas are receiving a bit of an upgrade. According to a release, this is being done “Because they’re the sacred stalls where all the magic goes down—literally. So, grab your TP and brace yourself to dive headfirst into Deadpool & Wolverine greatness!”
The porcelain thrones at the following venues will receive the Deadpool & Wolverine makeover:
- October 30, 2024
- NBA’s Detroit Pistons at Philadelphia 76ers (Wells Fargo Center in Philly, PA)
- NBA’s Brooklyn Nets at Memphis Grizzlies (FedEx Forum in Memphis, TN)
- NHL’s New York Islanders at Columbus Blue Jackets (Nationwide Arena in Columbus, OH)
- October 31, 2024 (Halloween)
- NHL’s St. Louis Blues at Philadelphia Flyers (Wells Fargo Center in Philly, PA)
