Visiting the Disneyland Resort with young ones is a way to make core memories that will last a lifetime. Memories made and photos taken often end up being treasures shared around the table during holidays or referenced at other family gatherings. Early next year, a kid ticket will make it a little cheaper to visit The Happiest Place On Earth!
$50 Kid Ticket
The popular $50 kid ticket promotion is returning to the Disneyland Resort in early 2025. This deal is for children ages 3 through 9 and allows them to visit a Disneyland Resort theme park for as low as $50 per child with this specific 1-Day, 1-Park ticket. The kid tickets go on sale on October 22, 2024, and can be used for visits between January 7 through March 20, 2025. There are also opportunities to pick from 1-Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day park tickets and upgrade to Park Hopper tickets. Lightning Lane Multi Pass can also be added to these tickets.
Park reservations are still required to visit one of the Disneyland Resort parks along with the $50 kid ticket.
Kid Ticket Details
1-Day Ticket with Admission to 1 Park – $50 per day
Only valid for a child ticket (ages 3-9).
Tickets are valid January 7 through March 20, 2025, subject to restrictions and park reservation availability.
- 2-Day Ticket with Admission to 1 Park – $100 for a 2-day ticket
- Only valid for a child ticket (ages 3-9).
- Tickets are valid January 7 through March 20, 2025, subject to restrictions and park reservation availability.
- Multi-day tickets are valid for 13 days after first use or on March 20, 2025, whichever comes first.
- 3-Day Ticket with Admission to 1 Park – $150 for a 3-day ticket
- Only valid for a child ticket (ages 3-9).
- Tickets are valid January 7 through March 20, 2025, subject to restrictions and park reservation availability.
- Multi-day tickets are valid for 13 days after first use or on March 20, 2025, whichever comes first.
Park Hopper ticket upgrade and Lightning Lane Multi Pass can be added for additional fees.
Other Ticket Savings
There are other ways to save on tickets for the rest of the family in early 2025. On select days, tickets are on sale for $104. These days can be found when purchasing tickets on the Disneyland Resort website. This allows for adults to save when visiting the Disneyland Resort and also utilizing the kid ticket.
Later this fall, there will be an opportunity for Disney+ in the United States and Canada subscribers to purchase Disneyland Resort tickets at a discount as well on select days throughout the 2024 holiday season.
Disneyland Resort Hotel Savings
For those who want to stay and play at the Disneyland Resort hotels, there will be discounts available in early 2025 as well.
Up to 25% Off
First off, there will be savings of up to 25 percent on select stays of four nights or longer on weekdays or weekends at any of the three on-site hotels (subject to availability).
Up to 20% Off
Guests can also save up to 20 percent on standard and premium rooms at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Disneyland Hotel, and The Villas at Disneyland Hotel.
Up to 10% Off
Savings of up to 10% can be received on guest rooms at Pixar Place Hotel on stays Sundays through Thursday nights (based on space availability).

For any of the discounts listed above, reservations can be made beginning on October 22, 2024, for stays that take place from January 7 through March 202, 2025.
Perks of Disneyland Resort Hotels
There are many perks to staying at Disneyland Resort Hotels, beyond the fact that it allows guests to stay at the Disneyland Resort with easy access to the parks. The perks include (but aren’t limited to):
- Early Entry – Enter a theme park 30 minutes before opening
- Dedicated Entrance – Guests staying at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa or Pixar Place Hotel have access to a dedicated entrance gate to Disney California Adventure
- Hotel Restaurant Reservations – Guests at the Disneyland Resort hotels get access to a limited number of hotel restaurants for advance booking
- Direct-to-Room-Service – Check in to a room at a Disneyland Resort hotel online and go straight to the room upon arrival utilizing the Disneyland App

- Character Encounters – Guests staying at Pixar Place Hotel can bump into Bing Bong from Inside Out or hear Joe Gardner from Soul playing in the lobby.
Other Hotel Savings
There are other hotel savings to be found for guests wanting to stay at the Disneyland Resort. They can be found by visiting Disneyland.com or through Mouseways Travel, the official travel partner of Daps Magic. Later this year, there promises to be a discount of up to 15% for select stays at Disneyland Hotel, The Villas at Disneyland Hotel and Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. This deal is expected to be available from October 20 through December 19, 2024.
