On this day in 2004, the Disney Dream Desk PC was revealed. It was a computer system designed for kids, complete with a bright blue color scheme and Mickey ears on the monitor and mouse. Out of the box, the PC came with Disney-branded games and creative software like Disney Flix (for home movies), Disney Pix (for drawing and photos), and Disney Mix (for music). The Disney Dream Desk sold for $599 plus $299 for the 14-inch Mickey monitor. [20 years ago in 2024]
