A new LEGO set is a must have for fans of Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas. This set brings Christmas Town to life from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas. It recreates scenes from the 1993 and brings the world of Jack Skellington to life.
Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas set includes Spiral Hill, Jack Skellington’s house, and also Halloween Town Hall. The set also has some incredible details that includes a lift-off roof that reveals Jack Skellington’s Christmas formula, a details graveyard, a walking bathtub, and the Town Hall lectern where Jack delivers his famous speech to share his ideas.
This set has a wonderful collection of minifigs included with it. This includes Jack Skellington, Sally, Santa Claus, Lock, Shock, Barrel, Zero the dog, and a two-faced brick-built figure of The Mayor.
The Creator
This set was designed by UK-based LEGO fan Simon Scott. This was a part of the LEGO Ideas programme. After it was decided, 10,000 people voted for it to be turned into an official set. Simon shared about his design saying, “I’m a massive fan of LEGO builds and Disney Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas film so I’m honoured to see my creation come to life in physical brick form. The film is such a family hit with young & old fans from around the world. The ideas team have done a fantastic job creating a wonderfully playable set that is just as appealing as a display piece.”
Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas set includes 2,193 pieces and promises to be a fun and rewarding build for both fans and collectors. It will be available for LEGO Insiders starting on September 3rd at LEGO.com/Nightmare and LEGO Store. Everyone else will be able to purchase it on September 6th. It will retail for $199.99.
