On July 21 we would like to invite you to join us as we make a difference by walking through Disneyland and Disney California Adventure before they open for the 2024 CHOC Walk in the Park. This is an annual tradition that is not only a lot of fun, but makes a huge difference.

The CHOC Walk raises funds for the Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). This hospital offers medical care for children in and around Orange Count. It does this in an environment where kids can still be kids, and not just patients. The staff and volunteers at CHOC also support the families of these kids. This provides not just hope for medical improvements, but also hope for people’s hearts. It gives kids and their families a reason to smile. It makes the very frightening world a little less frightening.
When we walk in CHOC Walk, we are helping support these efforts. We are helping offer hope, joy, and care to those who so desperately need it. There are few things scarier than having a child need to go to the hospital. I have experienced this in my family and watched it with others around me. CHOC is a place that helps make these terrifying experience less terrifying. The care they provide is much like a warm hug that is so critically needed during a critical situation.
Today I invite and encourage you to join me on July 21st as we walk through the parks and help CHOC with this important mission. Yes, it will be a fun morning. Yes, there will be Disney character. Yes, it will be fulfilling. However, the most important thing is that it will be making a difference. Will you do this with me?
