D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event will be taking place from August 9-11, 2024. A lot of information regarding the various events leading up to the Ultimate Disney Fan Event has been released, including information about purchasing tickets. Hopefully this guide will help you decide which ticket option will be best for you. There are also directions on how to actually purchase tickets when the time comes.
There are several different options for admission to D23: The Ultimate Fan Event. The can be seen here:
D23 Ultimate Fan Pass
The D23 Ultimate Fan Pass options all provide for a specific seat at the Honda Center for events there. This mitigates the need to show up at the venue early, wait in line, and to try to get the best seats. After all, the seats will already be assigned!
- D23 Ultimate Fan Pass 3-Day Ticket includes a 3-day assigned/reserved seat for evening shows at the Honda Center and 3-day access to all experiences at the Anaheim Convention Center—starting at $297/ticket.
- D23 Ultimate Fan Pass 1-Day Ticket includes a reserved seat for that date’s evening show at the Honda Center and same-day access to all experiences at the Anaheim Convention Center—starting at $99/ticket.
- D23 Preferred Ultimate Fan Pass 3-Day Ticket, exclusive to D23 Gold Members, includes a 3-day reserved floor seat for evening shows at the Honda Center (same seat each night), and 3-day access to all experiences at the Anaheim Convention Center—starting at $999/ticket.

D23 Fan Pass provides access to the Anaheim Convention Center only, including panels and presentations, plus shopping and immersive experiences.

Ticket Purchase Dates
D23 Gold Members will have early access to 1-day and 3-day tickets in a limited quantity and number starting on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 12:00 PM PT. For those that are D23 Gold and General Members, and who pay with their Visa card, there will be a pre-sale to a limited number of 1-day and 3-day tickets for a limited time starting on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 12:00 PM PT. This includes Disney Visa and Visa cards in general. Tickets for all D23 Gold and general members will go on sale starting on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 12:00 PM PT, while supplies last. Attendees are required to be a D23 Member to purchase tickets. Fans can join either as a complimentary General Member or upgrade to the Gold Membership at JoinD23.com.
Ticket Purchase Details
1. Click MEMBER LOGIN to login using your D23 Member account.
2. Once you’re signed in, you will be presented with several available ticket options. You will have 15 minutes to complete your transaction (timer and CART are at the top right of the screen.) Clicking CLEAR YOUR CART at any time will reset the 15-minute timer.
3. Click GET TICKETS for the ticket type you’re interested in selecting tickets for (note: the GET TICKETS button onthe D23 Ultimate Preferred Fan Pass will only be visible to D23 Gold Members):
- D23 Ultimate Fan Pass 3-Day Ticket includes a 3-day seat for evening shows at the Honda Center (same seat each night) and 3-day access to all experiences at the Anaheim Convention Center. Seats available in: Sections 208, 209, 221, 224, 402, 404, 406, 408, 410, 434, 436, 438, 440, 442, 444
- D23 Ultimate Fan Pass 1-Day Ticket (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) includes a reserved seat for evening shows at the Honda Center and same-day access to all experiences at the Anaheim Convention Center. - D23 Ultimate Preferred Fan Pass 3-Day Ticket (exclusive to D23 Gold Members) includes a 3-day floor seat for evening shows at the Honda Center (same seat each night) and 3-day access to all experiences at the Anaheim Convention Center. ADA Accessible Seats: Disney has an unwavering commitment to providing a welcoming, inclusive environment and accessible experiences for our Guests. At the event, we’ll once again offer a number of tools and resources—including ADA accessible seating options, sign language interpretation, CART services, assisted listening, and more. Please note that early entry to D23 venues is not permitted. Companion Seating is available next to all ADA accessible seats.
NOTE: For Semi-Ambulatory Seating in the 400 Level, it’s two (2) steps to the seat, and in the 200 Level, it’s six (6) steps to the seat.

4. Click SELECT SEATS to move to choose your own seats, or choose FIND BEST AVAILABLE to have the system automatically select the closest possible seat (including ADA accessible seating options) to center stage in the section of your choice.
5. After choosing SELECT SEATS, you’ll be presented with the Honda Center seating chart. Click on the section you would like to select seats for. Place your cursor over the section to view available ADA accessible seats.
(Note: Only certain sections may be available for the ticket type you choose.)
6. Once you have clicked the section you’d like to choose seats for, you will be presented with available seats in that section (available seats are represented by colored circles).
7. Clicking on the seats you choose will turn that seat color yellow and will add them to your cart. (Note: If you change your mind and want to select a different seat, click the “x” to the right of the seat in your list to remove seats from your cart.) Once you’re done selecting your seats, click ADD TO CART.
8. Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to finish your transaction and check out, or click CONTINUE SHOPPING to add more tickets for another event day.
9. After clicking PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, you’ll be provided with additional exclusive D23 merchandise options available to add to your order. There is a quantity limit of eight (8) per item (while supplies last). This is the only opportunity to purchase this merchandise in the checkout process.
10. If you are satisfied with the seats in your CART SUMMARY, enter all required information to check out and complete your transaction. (Note: the email address you enter in the REGISTRATION section must match the email tied to the D23 membership you logged in with.)

- D23 Members must log in by using their D23 Member account information when purchasing tickets.
- D23 Gold or General Members may purchase up to eight (8) tickets for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event.
- Each attendee must have a ticket in their possession for entry.
- D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event tickets are subject to availability.
- All D23 events are subject to change without notice.
- All guests under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to attend this D23 event and will require an event ticket for admission. All children 2 years of age and older must have a ticket for admittance.
- Ticketed Members and guests who do not attend the event forfeit their place, as well as all experiences, benefits, and gifts associated with the event.No refunds are permitted for D23 tickets. All ticket sales are final. There are strictly no cancellations or refunds regardless of reason (including, without limitation, due to illness, change in travel plans, etc.). D23 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten badges.
- Tickets can be transferred to other guests; however, the recipient email must be associated with a D23 Member account to claim the badge transferred to them.
- Please show common courtesy to fellow guests and our cast members by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior; jumping lines; or saving places in lines for others. For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from running.

Reservations and Standby Queues
Information regarding Reservations and Standby Queues was also released. The advance reservation system for most panels, presentations, and shows at the Anaheim Convention Center will be expanded to allow guests to make reservation selections for up to 8 total guests to include their entire party. New this year, guests will have the opportunity to add, modify, or cancel their reservations before the event. Standby queues will be available at all stage venues for guests who do not receive a reservation for panels or presentations, as well as Talent Central, and for most experiences across the show floor. For the health and safety of all guests, overnight queuing is not available for the event and will not be allowed around the perimeter of the Anaheim Convention Center or the Honda Center.
