Knott’s Berry Farm is closed again today due to the ongoing weather event that is impacting Southern California. This is the second day in a row that the park has not opened because of this storm. The park also closed early on Sunday night because of the weather. The following message was posted on the Knott’s website and social media channels:
Due to inclement weather, Knott’s Berry Farm will be closed today, February 6. Unused tickets dated for 2/6/24 can be used any other operating day through 2/25/24. Not valid for special ticketed events
The closure comes as Knott’s Berry Farm is hosting the Knott’s Peanuts Celebration. This is a celebration of all the Peanuts, but particularly Franklin this year. A special display and meet and greet location with Franklin can be found in Ghost Town. Apple TV+ also has a new special coming that tells how Franklin became friends with Charlie Brown and the rest of the Peanuts. It will be debuting on February 16th.
The storm is supposed to subside before tomorrow with partly cloudy skies allowing for a return of the sun being forecast for tomorrow. Most likely Knott’s Berry Farm will reopen tomorrow and guests will again be able to experience the Knott’s Peanuts Celebration.
