Once the new app arrives, Knott’s says that it will include an enhanced interactive map along with an upgraded digital wallet interface. An exact date for when the app will be arriving was not known. However, Knott’s is giving some advice for those who have the current app before the arrival of the new one.
First off, Knott’s is suggesting that current users of the app will want to delete the current app and then re-download the app when it arrives. The app will be available for all users on Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once downloaded, users will need to log into their Knott’s Berry Farm account on the app. For those who already have the app, Knott’s Berry Farm is strongly suggesting users who have the current app to reset their password before logging into the new app.

- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Complete the reCAPTCHA
- Click ‘Get New Password’
- Enter the six-digit code sent to the email address provided
- Enter & confirm your new password
- Click ‘Reset Password’ & log-in using your new password
