On December 20, 2023, Zootopia will officially open for guests to experience at Shanghai Disneyland. This new area at the Shanghai Disney Resort brings the characters and mammalian metropolis found in the Walt Disney Animation Studios film of the same name to life. It includes a new attraction Zootopia: Hot Pursuit, featuring a trackless ride system and the latest in Audio-Animatronics technology. It also has a one-of-a-kind atmosphere show where the animal residents will interact with each other and guests throughout the day.
