The LEGO Group and Disney announced a new set based on the iconic Sanderson Sister’s cottage from Hocus Pocus. This brings to life in LEGO form the setting where the fans first saw Winifred, Sarah, and Mary Sanderson reside when they saw the movie in 1993.
Disney Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters Cottage set was designed by 26-year-old, Belgian LEGO fan and Hocus Pocus fan, Amber Veyt, via the LEGO Ideas platform. The design then received over 10,000 votes which led to it being selected to be made into a real LEGO set. When fans purchase this set, it will include 2,316 pieces that recreate a fully detailed interior that includes favorite props from the film recreated in LEGO form. There will also be six minifigs that will be included with the set will include the three Sanderson Sisters, Max, Danni, Allison & Thackery Binx as the black cat.
This cottage set, just like the movie, can become a museum. This will be done by adding the info stand, the museum signage, some rope barriers, and a cash register. These can be stored under the staircase in a secret storage location.
The LEGO Ideas Disney Hocus Pocus – The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage will be available for LEGO VIPs starting on July 1st at LEGO.com/Hocus-Pocus. The set will be available for the general public starting on July 4th. The price for this set is $229.99.

Hocus Pocus originally was released in 1993 and was directed by Kenny Ortega. It starred Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy as the three Sanderson Sisters. They would return decades later for Hocus Pocus 2 in 2022. Both of these musicals can now be celebrated in LEGO form and become a part of the collection of Disney fans of the film who also happen to love LEGO!
