The Disneyland Resort has raised the price of admission effective October 11, 2022. With it, comes a new ticket tier for guests wishing to visit the Disneyland Resort. Tiers are tickets of different price levels based on the demand of a day at the Disneyland Resort. Higher demand days will have a higher tier ticket and price. Ticket tiers go from the 0 Tier to 6 Tier day. The price increase comes after the recent announcement that the Disney100 celebration will be kicking off at the Disneyland Resort in January.
The new ticket tier is called the 0 Tier and will cost a guest $104. This is the same price that the cheapest ticket was before the price increase at Disneyland. It is available for days with the least demand. There are several of them that can be seen in January on the Disneyland ticket calendar. In general, single-day-single-park tickets went up $10-$15 with the park hopping option going up by $5 to $65 from its previous $60. Multi-day tickets went up by $30 to $35 for adults with multi-day park hopping additions remaining at $60.
Pricing for general parking remained the same. However, preferred parking went up by $5 to $50. Hotel valet parking rates also went up by $15 to $65.
As the ticket prices went up, so did Genie+ prices. Advanced purchasing of Genie+ has gone from $20 per person per day to $25 per person per day. Pricing for day-of Genie+ purchases will be variable and will be influenced by demand. To lock in the $25 rate, purchase Genie+ ahead of a visit to the Disneyland Resort. Magic Key holders will still receive a 20% discount when they purchase Genie+.
The Genie+ will now also include WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure at Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure.
