Two popular restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort are opening soon. Today it was announced that Story Book Dining at Artist Point and Boatwright’s Dining Hall will both be open soon.
Story Book Dining at Artist Point will reopen on December 16 at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Lodge. Reservations will become available starting on December 2.
This character dining experience will see Snow White, Grumpy, Dopey, and The Queen strolling through the Enchanted Forest. Guests will be able to enjoy a prix fixe dinner that will include individually plated entrees along with shared starters and desserts. There will be some themed options to enjoy as well like the Enchanted Apple cocktail that has a hint of sour apple. Other favorites like the Royal Prime Rib Roast and the A Stroll Through Nature vegetarian dish will be returning. The “Poison” Apple dessert that has dark chocolate-apple mousse will also be available.
Over at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside, Boatwright’s Dining Hall will be reopening on December 14. Guests can begin making reservations on December 2.
Guests will get to enjoy the flavors of the Louisiana bayou with the all-you-care-to-enjoy Chef’s Platter featuring ribs, Nashville hot chicken, smoked sausage, and barbecued beef brisket with mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, street corn, and green beans. The General Fulton’s Prime Rib, Deep-South Shrimp and Grits, the signature Boatwright’s Jambalaya, and the plant-based Boatwright’s Harvest Jambalaya will be returning as well. Guests will also want to get the Mississippi Mud Creme Brûlée for dessert as well! This is a chocolate brûlée with a chocolate shortbread cookie.
