Loki Executive Producer to Write Keven Feige’s Star Wars Flick

Kevin Feige’s highly anticipated Star Wars movie has found a writer. Writer and executive producer for Marvel’s Loki series, Michael Waldron, has captured this exciting role of writing this film’s script.

Michael Waldron has been working with Feige recently on the Loki series and also on Marvel’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which is currently in production.

Feige is producing this Star Wars film and beyond that bit of truth, not a lot is known. It has been in the works since 2019 and Waldron was said to be the leading choice at the end of 2020 to be its scribe. The movie is seen as an anomaly with two powerhouses coming together with Feige, who runs Marvel Studios, joining Lucasfilm to collaborate. Lucasfilm is run by Kathleen Kennedy. Both are a part of The Walt Disney Company.

At this point, the project is considered to be in deep-development. It wasn’t mentioned on Disney’s recent Investor Day webcast. Expect details of this film to be minimal until Disney chooses to release them, much like the Patty Jenkins directed Rogue Squadron. There is no release date or timeline known for this project currently.
