Ahsoka Tano Lightsaber Hilts Coming to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge this Fall

Yesterday, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Walt Disney World celebrated one year of being open to guests! To celebrate, Ashley Eckstein, the voice of Ahsoka Tano, took over the Disney Parks Blog Instagram to share some exciting news! This fall, Dok-Ondar will start carrying Ahsoka Tano Lightsaber hilts that change color!

In Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, you can build a lightsaber of your very own out of scrap metal over at Savi’s Workshop. For fans who wanted a lightsaber that they had seen in a movie or TV show, Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities offered something called legacy lightsabers! Before this new announcement, these were the legacy lightsabers you could buy:

  • Darth Vader
  • Darth Maul
  • Obi-Wan Kenobi
  • Luke Skywalker
  • Mace Windu
  • Kylo Ren
  • Rey
  • Asajj Ventress
  • Ahsoka Tano (twin lightsabers)
  • Jedi Temple Guards

As you can see, there were already Ahsoka Tano legacy lightsabers but this new offering will be even more exciting! Ashley showed off on Instagram that this new Ahsoka Tano lightsaber will be the first-ever color-changing hilts!

While Ashley announced that they will be available for purchase at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge this Fall, an exact launch date is not yet known. At this time, we also don’t know how much Disneyland and Walt Disney World will be selling this for. What do you think of these twin color-changing sabers?
