Reservations
There were also updates found on the announcement page regarding adjustments to booking and cancellation policies. Guests with reservations during the park closure will be able to receive a voucher that will be valid for 18 months and worth the amount of whatever has already been paid towards a booking. All new bookings will be subject to the conditions that are available at the time of booking. For those who wish to keep their current booking rates, rebooking will be available for any arrival up to June 30, 2020. Guests have the opportunity to rebook for the same rate until May 15th, 2020 with an arrival before October 1st, 2020.
Guests who purchased their reservations through Disneyland Paris can fill out an electronic form at the following link: https://contact.disneylandparis.com/en/. If they wish instead to call, they can use the number found on their reservation. Recognize that Disney is expecting a large volume of calls so guests may be put on hold for quite some time. If reservations were purchased through a travel agency, touring company, or other organization, guests are encouraged to contact the agency they booked with directly.

Annual Passes
For Disneyland Paris Annual Passholders, their Annual Pass will be extended by the number of days the parks are closed. This will be done by Disney and will not change the date shown on the physical Annual Pass. This will also apply for Annual Passes that are expiring during the closure. For guests who just purchased an Annual Pass on the Disneyland Paris website and have a temporary Annual Pass (Voucher), the Annual Pass must be downloaded from the Disneyland Paris website. For those who have an Annual Pass that expires during the closure, the renewal offer will remain active for two months after the parks reopen. Finally, for those on the monthly payment program, the payments will continue during the closure. At the end of the year of payments the guest will not have to pay for the extended time added to the Annual Pass.
Upcoming Events
At this time, due to the closure of Disneyland Paris the Marvel Season of Super Heroes (March 28-June 7) and Disneyland Paris Princess Run (May 8 – 10) will no longer take place.
