This weekend at the D23 Expo during the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products panel, the new MAGIC HAPPENS parade was announced. This parade will be coming to Disneyland in the spring of 2020.
The new parade will feature a song by Todrick Hall that was performed at during the panel at the D23 Expo. The parade will remind guests that there are no constraints on Disney magic. Magic Happens celebrates those magical moments.
The parade will feature some magical moments through the years of Disney storytelling. This includes a float recreating Moana’s canoe and another focused on Pixar’s Coco. The grand finale will feature the three fairies from Sleeping Beauty! And yes, there will be the ongoing argument on if Aurora’s dress should be blue or pink.
The parade will be led by the leader of the band himself, Mickey Mouse! He will be joined by his pals for this new daytime spectacular when it arrives at the Disneyland Resort.
