Rosita Flies from Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room on to a Solo Career in The Tropical Hideaway in Disneyland Park Later This Year

Ever wondered what happened to Rosita from Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room? Wonder no longer! It seems she simply picked up from her like in the chorus and has moved on to a solo career!

You may remember that earlier this year, Disney announced that the area formerly being used at Aladdin’s Oasis would now be converted to a fun themed restaurant! The Tropical Hideaway, (you lucky people, you) will be serving up new and exotic flavors, unlike anything we’ve seen at the Disneyland Resort! This food service location will act as an exotic trading market that the local skippers call home and guests are invited inside!

Guests will be able to find Rosita in The Tropical Hideaway by the water’s edge waiting for her boat to arrive. This sweet cockatoo is absolutely thrilled with the idea of getting to meet other world travelers from across the globe. If you get a chance to spend some time with her, be sure to listen for her one-liners that she must have picked up from the local Jungle Cruise skippers!

Be sure to check out the video of Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room featuring the full bird mobile chorus below!

We simply can’t wait to see the magic that unfolds when The Tropical Hideaway opens later this year! What do you think about Rosita’s new solo career? Let us know!
