Slinky Dog Dash Ride Vehicle Has Arrived at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Slinky Dog Dash Ride Vehicle

Today is National Slinky Day. It is only fitting then that the Disney Parks Blog shared a first look at the new Slinky Dog Dash ride vehicle. The Slinky Dog Dash is one of two attractions coming to the new Toy Story Land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Toy Story Land is set to open in Disney’s Hollywood Studios in 2018. It is an 11-acre expansion in the Walt Disney World park. Guests who visit this land will shrink down to the size of toys and be able to explore Andy’s backyard.

Slinky Dog Dash

Andy decided to build a roller coaster in his backyard using his Mega Coaster Play Kit, and some other toys. This family friendly attraction called Slinky Dog Dash is what resulted. It will give guests a ride that dips, dodges, and dashes around turns and drops. Andy designed it to stretch Slinky in his new role.

Alien Swirling Saucers

The Alien Swirling Saucers is the result of a trip to Pizza Planet. In this attraction Aliens will be flying around in their toy flying saucers. They will be trying to capture guests rocket toy vehicle with “The Claw!”
