Disney California Adventure’s Corn Dog Castle Offers a Deliciously Cheesy Meal

Every now and then I run into a food item at the Disneyland Resort that’s not your typical meal. Whether it is seasonal item or a guilty pleasure, the resort offers a wide range of food. Today, let’s travel Disney California Adventure Park for a yummy meal.

Located near Goofy’s Sky School in Paradise Pier is that of Corn Dog Castle. Speaking from a vegetarian point of view, I never really stopped at this location since I always assumed it was just corn dogs. But, let me tell you this spot also offers something else…Cheddar Cheese Sticks.

Similar to that of a corn dog, this item is pretty much cheese and corn dog batter. When ordering, guests have the option of chips or apples with their meal. Already knowing that this meal is a bit on the heavy side, I chose apples to balance out the flavors. In the past I have ordered the meal with chips and it was too much.

Take one bite of this and your taste buds will explode with flavor like as if you were at the Orange County Fair. Considering this item as one of my guilty pleasure meals at the resort, I rarely order it, solely because of the excessive amount of cheese. Every once in a while we deserve a little splurge, right?

If you would like to try out the Cheddar Cheese Stick, the meal is $7.69, plus tax. Also, this location does offer Disneyland Annual Pass discounts and free cups of water upon request.
