We have some exciting news from our Disneyland Paris correspondent, Sami Lachhab. He is here to give a recap on Mickey’s Halloween Celebration. Enjoy!
Mickey’s Halloween Celebration started in 2013 with only two floats and received a third one this year. It is set to become a full parade in the years to come so it can replace the regular parade during Disneyland Paris’ Harvest Celebrations. For now, it parades three times a day and Disney’s Magic on Parade is still schedule in late afternoon.
There are three major reasons I enjoy a lot this parade.
First: rare characters. You can see some long-lost friends as Huey, Dewey and Louie, Horace and Clarabelle, the Three Little Pigs or Clarisse.
Second: the colors. Floats, characters and performers costumes are so colorfull and detailed. With the cloudy sky of Marne-la-Vallée, it’s a real delight for the eyes.
Third: the performers’ enthusiasm and energetic choreography on “Vive la Vie” a music beloved by the Disneyland Paris’ community. You can’t help clapping, singing, dancing and waving at the characters and performers. There is so much joy coming out from them.
With a couple of floats more Mickey’s Halloween Celebration has the potential to become one of the most wonderful parade ever created at Disneyland Paris.
