On this day in 2011, ‘Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension’ was released on the Disney Channel. It was the first feature-length movie from the popular ‘Phineas and Ferb’ animated series. The events of the movie are set during the show’s third season. The boys discover that Perry the Platypus is really Secret Agent P and they all get trapped in an alternate dimension with Doofenschmirtz in charge. The film was well-received, becoming the second most watched animated basic cable telecast ever among kids and teens.
