On this day in 2002, the Disneyland Resort celebrated the Anaheim Angels’ World Series win. That morning, the Anaheim Angels Hometown Heroes Welcome Cavalcade kicked off down Main Street, U.S.A., to the delight of thousands of assembled fans. Red confetti filled the air as Mickey Mouse joined the players down the parade route.
