Last year, the Disney Destiny joined the Disney Cruise Line fleet. This newest Wish-class ship in the Disney fleet has a theme of Heroes and Villains. This theme can be found throughout every cruise in many different ways. One of the ways this is found is through The Legend of Loki. This is a storytime unlike any other. It starts with storytellers Zayah and Gamble, and then the God of Mischief himself shows up. When Loki shows up, he takes over the Grand Hall and declares himself “king of the ship.”
During The Legend of Loki, Nordic statues come to life throughout the Grand Hall. Loki tells stories of the gods of Asgard and the trials of the God of Mischief. It should come as no surprise that he also gives his own spin on these stories. Recently, a friend of Daps Magic Spencer traveled aboard the Disney Destiny and experienced this entertaining offering.
