Last year, Walt Disney World Resort premiered an all-new nighttime parade at Magic Kingdom. Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away is a magical new take on an electrical parade. Tonight, it got even more magical. The float with Peter Pan and Wendy got some added pixie dust, and the two could be seen taking off and flying above the London skies. Disney shared the following video and photos of the magical moment:
The parade is reminiscent of the original Main Street Electrical Parade at the start. Not just musically, it also sees the Blue Fairy leading the way. A collection of floats with Disney and Pixar characters follows her. This ultimately ends with a new float that is a train named Whimsy. With childlike wonder, Whimsy pulls a train with quite a few characters aboard. This includes Goofy, Pluto, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Snow White, Dopey, Rapunzel, Flynn Rider, Aladdin, Jasmine, Mickey Mouse, and Minnie Mouse.
