Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration

‘Jeopardy’ to Include Category on Disneyland’s 70th Celebration Tonight!

Jeopardy is joining in on the Disneyland 70th Celebration tonight, April 6, 2026. The popular trivia game show, hosted by Ken Jennings, will include a category that will be in honor of this milestone celebration. The announcement was made by Ken Jennings on the Jeopardy social media channels. In the video, Jennings shares his three favorite things to eat at the Disneyland Resort. The video can be seen here:

This is not the first video with Jennings at the Disneyland Resort via the Jeopardy social media channels. A few days ago, he was in a hidden Mickey-focused video that was released by the show.

Jeopardy is billed as “America’s Favorite Quiz Show.” The show is currently in its 42nd season. The original daytime version of the show debuted in 1964. There were several iterations of the show before it became the version of the show that fans know and love today. This version debuted in 1984 with Alex Trebek as the host. Following his death in 2020, guest hosts took his place while the search for a permanent host was underway. Eventually, Executive Producer Mike Richards was chosen for the role, who had also led the search. This lasted for less than a week, however. He was replaced by Mayim Bialik and Ken Jennings, who hosted the show on a rotational basis. Jennings was eventually chosen to be the sole host of the show. Jennings has continued on as the sole host for the show officially since December 2023.
