Disneyland After Dark: Disney Channel Nite is back at the Happiest Place on Earth! This event celebrates the many favorite stories that were shared on Disney Channel through the years. There are special entertainment, food, characters, an exhibit, photo ops, and merchandise for guests to enjoy throughout the night. Many of these things proved to be quite popular. The merchandise was definitely no exception. Before this hard-ticketed event began, attendees could be seen lining up in a queue that was over an hour long for a chance to purchase some of the event-exclusive merchandise.
In Tomorrowland, the event merchandise could be found inside the Starcade. This is also where the Walt Disney Archives: Disney Channel exhibit could be found. Before the event officially began at 9:00 PM, some of the merchandise had already sold out. Below is a look at the display for what was offered exclusively for Disneyland After Dark: Disney Channel Nite this year:
Throughout the night, many guests could be seen wearing the Disneyland After Dark: Disney Channel Nite zip-up hoodie and the Disney Channel Wand ID headband. They could be seen glowing in the night and really added a lot to the event. Wands were also given out to all attendees of the event instead of a lanyard when guests entered. These wands also glowed and added to the energy of the evening.
