New Logo Revealed for Downtown Disney District on 25th Anniversary

On January 12, 2001, Downtown Disney officially opened to the public (see photos and read more about this here). Since then, the Downtown Disney District has grown and evolved through the years. This has seen the coming and going of businesses and restaurants. More recently, it has seen a substantial transformation of the Downtown Disney District. As the transformation continues, it only seems fitting that the Downtown Disney District would get a new logo.

On the 25th anniversary of the Downtown Disney District, a new logo has been revealed with a story on its official Instagram channel. The following story was posted on the page:

Just like the announcement says, this logo definitely draws from the past while taking the district into the future. There are elements reminiscent of days gone by, and also a feel that feels fresh and forward-looking.

This logo arrives as the transformation of the Downtown Disney District continues. There are still several restaurants that are in different stages of development and construction. This includes Earl of Sandwich with Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby, Porto’s Bakery & Cafe, Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon, and Pearl’s Roadside BBQ.
