This Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort, there has been a fun new offering at the Downtown Disney District. On Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM, the Disneyland Resort has been offering Downtown Disney District Movie Nights. The first movie of this series was Hocus Pocus. Frankenweenie followed this. This was followed by Haunted Mansion and then Hocus Pocus 2. The movies are presented on the Downtown Disney LIVE! Stage lawn on the west end near the main entrance to the Downtown Disney District.
This week, the movie of the week will be Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas. The film is a Halloween favorite with Disney fans, and also a Christmas favorite, and also a year-round favorite. Over at Disneyland, Jack Skellington takes over the Haunted Mansion each Halloween Time and Holiday season and transforms it into Haunted Mansion Holiday. Now, Jack Skellington will be taking over a part of Downtown Disney District for this Wednesday night of fun. The film will be presented at the Downtown Disney LIVE!
