On this day in 2005, Turtle Talk with Crush opened in the Hollywood Backlot at Disney California Adventure. The interactive show takes guests under the waves to chat in real time with Crush the green sea turtle from ‘Finding Nemo.’ The version in DCA was the second to open, with the original attraction debuting in EPCOT in 2004. At this time, Turtle Talk with Crush also exists at Tokyo DisneySea and at the Children’s Hospital of Orange County in California. [20 years ago in 2025]
