Knott’s Berry Farm to Launch Week-Long Hiring Blitz

Knott’s Berry Farm is gearing up to hire hundreds of new employees. On the week of February 15-22, 2025, Knott’s Berry Farm will be launching a week-long hiring blitz. Knott’s, now a part of the Six Flags Entertainment Corporation will join Six Flags Magic Mountain and other parks as they hire 50,000 seasonal employees throughout North America.

“Seasonal associates are the lifeblood of our business and play an instrumental role in consistently delivering amazing experiences to our park guests,” said Jon Storbeck, VP and GM of Knott’s Berry Farm.

The week-long hiring blitz will see Knott’s Berry Farm seeking future employees for a variety of roles. These roles promise to have competitive wages and also employee perks. There are hundreds of job openings that Knott’s is looking to fill for the 2025 season.

Hourly pay at Knott’s Berry Farm starts at $16.50 for those who are 16 years of age or older. It is based on experience, prior service, and the position. Knott’s Berry Farm offers competitive wages and also perks for its associates. This includes discounts on park food and merchandise, reward and recognition programs, exclusive park events for associates, ride nights, a cafeteria with discount meals, special road trips that are exclusively for associates, and free admission to any Six Flags park.

Six Flags Magic Mountain hourly pay begins at $17.27.
